Dr. Bozner is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Certified by the International Board of Dermatopathology. He received his medical degree in 1986 in his home country of Slovakia (the former Czechoslovakia) from Comenius University. He received his PhD in 1991 and completed his pathology training at the University of South Alabama in 1998. Dr. Bozner is currently the Medical Director for PAPS Pathology and is also featured in a number of pathology publications.
Dr. Gombos received his medical degree in 1992 in Slovakia (the former Czechoslovakia) from Comenius University. He conducted residencies in both Internal Medicine and Pathology and fellowships in Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary Pathology and Molecular Genetic Pathology. He received his PhD in Anatomic Pathology in 2010 from Comenius University in Slovakia. Dr. Gombos is currently serving as Medical Director for Southern Urology and Precision Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory.
Dr. Carney is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Forensic Pathology and Hematopathology. He received his medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans serving a residency there and also Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in San Francisco. Fellowship training was completed at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the Los Angeles County Coroner in Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Showalter is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. He received his medical degree in 2013 from Louisiana State University. He completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston McGovern Medical Center. He completed a post graduate fellowship at Houston Methodist in Hematopathology. Dr. Showalter serves as the Cancer Center chairman and is also an integral part of flow cytometry and clinical lab policy making.
A South Louisiana native, Dr. Robinson received her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport. She completed her residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where she also completed a fellowship in Cytopathology. She finished her training as the Arkadi M Rwylin fellow in surgical pathology with breast and gastrointestinal focus at Mt Sinai Medical Center.
